These mini-decks with the Rider backs were unavailable for years, so when they came back on the market, I bought cases of them. The small size (2.5" x 3") makes them easy to store and they don't take up much pocket space. You can use them for special reveals of a selected/predicted card. OR you can use them for one of my favorite tricks, which used to be marketed under the name of The Oscar Deck.

The Effect: The volunteer freely names ANY CARD. It could even be the Joker. The magician shows the "small deck of cards", or "a deck of small cards." He spreads the cards to display the backs. A different name is written on each card. But, on the back of the named card is written the volunteer's name!
